What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations:

Operate machines and production equipment with safety and precision.

Load, pack, and organize materials to keep production flowing smoothly.

Ensure all products meet quality, volume, and efficiency standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.

Provide guidance and training to junior team members.

Solve day-to-day challenges with your problem-solving and analytical skills.

What You Bring

3–5 years of hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production.

Strong knowledge of operational tools, processes, and equipment.

A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Team-player attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.

Willingness to complete both background and drug screenings.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
