The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS Engineer to join our Melbourne team. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with clients and delivering high-quality digital building services. The successful candidate will be responsible for project leadership, system design, and coordination across multiple disciplines, ensuring NDY is recognised as a leader in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to position NDY as a leader in digital building servicesIdentify project scope gaps and pursue growth opportunitiesProvide input for job costing, time plans, and fee preparationMeet project deadlines and budgetAssist with collection of unpaid fees and assist in marketing effortsParticipate in group meetings to discuss client issues and potential marketing strategiesassist in project leadership and ensure coordination across disciplines including AV, Communications, Security, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Hydraulics, and moreReview shop drawings, and adhere to quality standardsImplement and maintain NDY’s IMS System and identify process improvements
 

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of engineering experience across the full BMS project lifecycleStrong 3rd party systems integration experienceGood communication skills (written and verbal)Attention to detail, good market knowledge, and a self-starting attitudeUnderstanding of Australian Standards, NCC, and project delivery methodsAbility to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changeWillingness to accept and implement constructive feedback Additional Information Organization: 758 NDY
