Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced NCCER Certified Riggers for projects located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $33-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Rigging piping and working iron
Pulling pumps and compressors
Breaking down reboilers
Labeling and organizing equipment
Peeling back exchangers and bell heads
Removing bundles
Safely planning, selecting, and executing lifts and moves of heavy equipment/materials using specialized gear (slings, cables, hoists)
Inspecting rigging equipment and selecting appropriate gear for load size
Attaching loads securely and operating hoisting equipment
Giving clear signals to operators for safety
Dismantling, cleaning, and maintaining rigging gear to meet industry regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of verifiable ironworking/rigging experience
Current NCCER certification (required)
Proven experience in rigging, piping, and iron work
Strong safety record and knowledge of industry standards
Strong problem-solving skills in complex lift situations
Committed to workplace safety and teamwork
Able to work in physically demanding industrial environments
