The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an SAP Functional Lead professional to join our fast-paced, growing SAP practice that provides implementation, enhancement and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to a growing base of SAP customers and to participate in business development activities at potential target accounts. We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Team Lead to lead the configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of SAP Financials in a federal government environment. This role requires expertise in SAP FICO and Public Sector Management (PSM) modules, with a focus on federal budgeting, funds control, appropriations management, and regulatory compliance. The team lead will oversee a functional team supporting the financial systems of NASA.


Responsibilities:

Lead the SAP functional team in supporting and enhancing the federal financial management system.Oversee the implementation and integration of the following SAP modules:  SAP FICO (FI – GL, AP, AR, FM; CO – Cost Centers, Internal Orders), PSM-FM (Funds Management)Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to SAP functional staff.Document RICEFW requirements based on design Develop and document functional configuration Identify, document, and perform functional testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of the solution Define and document functional specifications based on business requirements. Analyze and decompose complex business requirements Architect solutions to meet business requirements Provide thought leadership on new and emerging SAP technologies and the alignment to customer’s strategic and near-term roadmaps and plans Provide scope and effort assessments for all maintenance and enhancement change requests Participate in solution reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions Document requirements, create functional specifications and system configuration documents. Configure and test the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications Provide Level 2 support of reported incidents.


Qualifications:

Required: 

Minimum of 8 years’ experience required with SAP Public Sector (US Federal Government)Proven leadership in managing functional teams supporting SAP FICO and PSM modulesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of federal budgeting, appropriations law, and fund lifecycle management.


Desired:

SAP Certification in FICO or PSM.Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Public Sector.Familiarity with federal interfaces (e.g., G-Invoicing, IPP, SAM, FPDS-NG).Experience with federal shared service providers (e.g., USDA NFC, GSA, DFAS).Active federal clearance (e.g., Public Trust, Secret) is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100-$231,100
