The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly skilled team lead/scrum master to provide enterprise-level Salesforce delivery programs for National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) as part of the NASA Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) team!  NCAPS is an effort to consolidate current application support and transform IT capability delivery across the NASA enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end Agile delivery of Salesforce initiatives: from backlog refinement to deployment.Orchestrate sprint and release planning, ensuring commitments are realistic and dependencies are managed.Facilitate cross-team collaboration across Salesforce development, integration, data, and testing streams.Ensure user stories and acceptance criteria reflect technical complexity (e.g., data migration, API integrations, Lightning Web Components).Drive delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, release predictability, defect density) and report them to program leadership.Enable smooth delivery of Salesforce deployments through DevOps pipelines (Git, CI/CD, version control, sandbox strategy).Maintain focus on platform scalability, performance, and user adoption alongside delivery.Supervise staff and provide guidance/mentorship

Qualifications:

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years relevant experienceExperience delivering in an Agile/scrum environmentStrong knowledge of Salesforce core features and configurationAwareness of Salesforce development practices: Apex Classes/Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce.Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of leading diverse teams through conflict resolution, prioritization, and delivery alignment.

Desired:

Prior NASA experience; experience with OSTEM desiredAgile Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe RTE, PMI-ACP.Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Scrum Master with Salesforce delivery experience.Exposure to Salesforce specialty clouds (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service, CPQ).

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
