Bachelor's Degree Aerospace Engineering. 8 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Position Purpose: Responsible for developing and implementing methods of CNC programming for different machines to meet customer demand. Supporting continuous improvement projects and / or training. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: + Support on the CNC development programs for the new products of 3, 4 and 5 axis . + Implementation CNC projects; Analysis and plans conceptualization . + Support and suggest corrective actions to solve identified problems . + RCCA Analysis . + Internal and external quality problems solutions . + Create TMO'S. (Tool Manufacturing Orders) . + Support the robust FA( First Article) system . + Selection of new technology for tooling; Create 3D tool models . + Lead department improvement initiatives and projects . + High complexity tasks‐projects . + High performance expectation. Perform other duties as assigned.
