The Opportunity:

A hands-on Quality Professional responsible for making sure that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials, best practices and processes. An important part of the job involves designing the company's quality standards and testing processes against those criteria. Provides statistical information for quality improvement by identifying and eliminating systematic gaps.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Review Non-Conformances to ensure data quality & compliance Perform quality assessments to evaluate process conformance. Establish corrective actions for any non-conformance Analyze data and monitor implementation of all Process and Quality Control Strategy Monitor projects, identify risks and issues; drive corrective actions Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

6.      Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements

7.      Lead by example, coach, consult, advice and/or train different levels of stakeholders, address quality issues and drive systemic improvement projects.

Manage and resolve internal and external customer issues and escalations QMS implementation as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements Proficient in audit preparation, documentation, coordination & compliance as per ISO 9001:2015 Develop and Proliferate BKMs Train various teams for quality procedures and ensure compliance to best practices

 

Key Skills:


1. Proficiency with 7 QC tools and basic statistical analysis

2. Knowledge of manufacturing processes in hi-tec industry

3. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical hardware

4. Strong Technical Writing skills and proficiency in Technical Review of documents

5. Experience in handling Non-conformances, 8Ds, SCARs, CAPAs, FAs and similar problem-solving techniques

6. Self-Motivated, ability to initiate and follow tasks through completion

7. Strong data analysis and reporting skills

8. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate (oral and written) and interact with internal & external customers

9. Working knowledge of SAP and TrackWise



Education:

 

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) with 5+ Years of Experience

Certified Quality Engineer (preferably from ASQ)
