We’re hiring a National Services Manager at our office in Moberly, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The National Services Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the corporate service programs of fleet vehicle repairs, end of life repairs/rebuilds, remanufacturing/rebuild programs for engines and components, and repair/rebuild for operations equipment. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure other projects and product lines meet expectations and needs.
Primary Responsibilities Manage operations to maximize the financial success of the business. Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews to understand the business and business trends, identify areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities. Assist location personnel in training for all system requirements. Responsible for technician development and encouraging compliance to their development plan. Develop and communicate a visible detailed project schedule and work plan requirements. Effectively, clearly and accurately communicate information to keep general managers/customers informed of issues. Provide action items to improve issues with a sense of urgency. Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for the position and team members. Collaborate with the Fleet department on understanding future workload and capacity needs, while reporting on company savings by utilizing the internal resource facility. Build, execute, and maintain an engine and component rebuild and reman program. Monitor reman engine program work to ensure OEM specifications, proper tolerances and torque settings Manage the maintenance of accurate records of parts used, labor hours, and test results. Report on the cost savings of each program within the role Work with the General Managers and the End of Life program to provide support and give accurate estimates on equipment turnaround times and capabilities. Oversee the evaluating of the extent of damage or need, developing detailed plans and creating a budget or a timeline for the programs.
