**National Sales Trainer**

Our client, a growing home services franchise brand, is seeking a **National Sales Trainer** to support its national network of franchisees. This individual will focus exclusively on improving sales performance by coaching owners and their teams on sales techniques, lead conversion, and process consistency.
This hybrid role requires occasional travel to franchise locations across the U.S., with a mix of in-person and virtual coaching. You'll lead sales training sessions, analyze performance data, and play a key role in increasing revenue across multiple locations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Travel to franchise locations to conduct in-person sales training sessions and workshops
+ Coach franchisees on sales presentations, quoting, follow-up, and objection handling
+ Deliver virtual training through webinars, video calls, and one-on-one coaching
+ Review sales performance data to identify gaps and opportunities for growth
+ Develop and refine training materials and tools based on a proven sales framework
+ Support franchisees in implementing consistent sales systems and CRM usage
+ Serve as a trusted advisor focused on sales process improvement and revenue generation
**Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of sales experience in a service-based industry (preferred: painting, asphalt, roofing, or related fields)
+ Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills
+ Proven success in training or leading sales teams to exceed targets
+ Experience working in franchise or multi-location environments preferred
+ Comfortable with ~25% travel and managing a flexible hybrid schedule
+ Self-motivated, data-driven, and passionate about helping others grow
