Responsibilities The National Sales Manager is responsible for building the vaccine business at Kemin Biologics in IndonesiaDevelop business plan, build team and manage channel partners to achieve sales targets.Manage pricing in accordance with directions set by line managerPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecastsMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

 

Qualifications BS in biology, biological chemistry, veterinary medicine, agricultural science, microbiology, chemistry, organic chemistry, or biochemistry with min 10 years of experience, in Veterinary/Animal Health or related businessStrong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively in a diverse team environmentOutstanding presentation, selling and negotiating skills.Self-motivated, able to work in an unsupervised capacity whilst maintaining focus.Results-oriented.Clear, persistent, patient and proactive communication skills.Superior project management skills with experience in planning, innovating, developing and selling value-added propositions using sound technical and commercial reasoning.Excellent distributor management and relationship-building skills.

 

Additional Information:

The National Sales Manager is based in Indonesia. The position requires tremendous flexibility and will require the incumbent to travel domestically (~50%) and internationally (2-4 times a year).
