**National Sales Manager – Multiple Sclerosis (France-based)** **Location:** Paris or Lyon preferred **CSO Role:** Representing a France-based Pharmaceutical Client Are you an experienced sales leader looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting a **National Sales Manager** to lead a recently formed sales team focused on an innovative oral therapy in the field of **Multiple Sclerosis (MS)** . This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a ground-breaking product and make a real impact in the healthcare industry. **About the Role:** This is a CSO (Contract Sales Organization) position, working on behalf of a France-based pharmaceutical company. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Product Specialists dedicated to promoting a cutting-edge oral therapy for MS. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and ensure the successful market adoption of the therapy across France. **What You’ll Do:** + Lead and manage a national sales team, providing direction and support to achieve commercial targets. + Develop and optimize sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in the MS therapeutic area. + Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. + Oversee key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. + Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to align on strategy and execution. **What We’re Looking For:** + Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. + 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management, ideally within neurology or MS. + Proven success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams. + Strong strategic planning and leadership skills. + Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. + Fluency in both French and English is essential. + Based in France, ideally inParis or Lyon, with the ability to travel nationally as needed. **Why Join Us?** As part of this new MS-focused team, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of a therapy that addresses a critical need in the medical community.
