About the role:

The National Retail Team Lead will have the overall responsibility to manage the day-to-day activities for the assigned sites in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales, Canberra, Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory and South Australia, and be the key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client.

The role will assume overall responsibility for managing comprehensive engineering and facility management services and contractors, equipment and supplies.

This role will manager four direct reports, who are based across Australia.

Main Duties:

Manage technical and facilities operations while maintaining Critical Environment requirements and meeting client KPIs/SLAsImplement JLL's Operational Risk Management program, including disaster recovery and incident reporting proceduresLead team development by fostering high morale, enabling training opportunities, and creating an environment for performance excellenceBuild effective client relationships as the on-site key point of contact, proactively engaging stakeholders to meet expectationsOversee vendor management to ensure timely service delivery that complies with both client and JLL procurement guidelinesMonitor contract performance, costs, and renewals to deliver optimal client valueEnsure site financial operations meet or exceed targets while adhering to JLL's Code of EthicsMaintain workplace health and safety standards, protecting workers and visitors according to established guidelinesRecommend and implement continuous quality improvement practices and industry best practicesProvide 24/7 emergency support including on-site attendance as required
