Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible as a single point of contact for any escalations across
the Nation.
2. Ensure committed delivery on project rollout and network uptime.
3. Drive compliance of the Contract and SLAs by supervising the
performance
4. Single point of contact for any information sought by the Bank.
5. Ensure timely resolution of escalations/tickets via Circle level
Project Managers.
6. Revenue collection and enhancement from the account

Education Requirement

Mandatory: Graduate
with PMP or equivalent
Desired: Post Graduate

Experience Requirement

8 - 12 years
