WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Support the development of the Full Funnel Media AgendaPartner with the National & Performance Media Strategy Lead on monthly media performance assessment –  includes cross-channel data collection, model validation and insight developmentManage budget tracking and operational needs for the Media & Retailer Marketing Team, including spend/trend reports, PO Management, flowchart tracking and monthly reconciliationLiaison between brands and the external media community, providing insight on trends, challenges and opportunities facing the industryLead the development of holistic Search strategiesCollaborate and challenge our agency teams in the development and implementation of holistic (SEO + SEM) Search plansManage plan optimizations to continuously improve qualitative and quantitative performance of both Search media and site performanceEnsure Beauty & Wellbeing’s Search strategy is advancing at the pace of advancements in GenAIDrive the creative effectiveness agenda for owned channels Work with agencies to develop high quality custom articles and web copyInteract with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content, ensuring consistent messagingContinuously measure and improve content performance

You’re a beauty maven: You have a passion for all things beauty and have experience working in a fast-paced beauty or fashion environment that will channel your passion into inspiration and collaboration.You’re a culture & change champion: Experimentation and fast learning with new methodologies and new process to enhance speed to market and evolve our go-to-market approach for beauty and personal care brands.You’re a pioneer and dot connector: You are not afraid to learn and apply those learnings in real time.  Creating a strong bond and driving your expert voice within a cross-functional team with Product, Creative and Strategic Analysis to drive high quality customer experiences and business results.You’re a storyteller: The intersection of consumer behavior, data points and development of media plans has never been stronger.  Your role is to take these complex and buzzword filled concepts and details and distill the storytelling to ensure all stakeholders and clear and alignedYou’re a changemaker: Entrepreneurial drive – the person in this role must have a strong bias for action and able to cut through any churn and lack of clarity. 

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred3-5 years of experience in media, including managing content development and social/digital led projectsStrong grasp of data-driven and performance marketing, including audience management and evaluationAdvanced knowledge of media platforms and the greater media marketplaceExperience in developing strategy based on media performance and KPI tracking & deliveryExcellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentCreative thinker with a pioneering spirit and a growth mindsetStrong project management skills and attention to detailPassion for Beauty marketing paired with a positive, resilient attitude

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
