In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the growth and execution of nationwide programs designed to expand participation, deepen community engagement, and build strong, lasting partnerships. From grassroots development to national strategy, you’ll help shape the future of our outreach and program efforts across the country. **What You'll Do:** + Design and scale national and local outreach initiatives + Lead a growing team of coordinators and volunteers + Build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, agencies, and community orgs + Oversee mentorship, training, and grassroots program support + Contribute to marketing, fundraising, and impact evaluation **What We’re Looking For:** + 5+ years of experience in outreach, youth development, or community programming + A background in nonprofit, education, recreation, or grassroots sportsStrong leadership, communication, and project management skills + Someone who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment + Willingness to travel and connect directly with partners and communities + Remote-based with occasional travel. + Passion for youth development, outdoor engagement, or recreation is a big plus.
