The HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the Human Resources function within the Red Bull national business by providing professional services that are aligned with Regional and Global HR Strategy and Standards. The HR Manager is hands-on, providing day to day services to the business in the areas of recruitment, performance management, learning and development, policy and procedure administration, compensation and benefit management, employee data management and compliance that is in line with the global HR philosophy.
