National Field Service Technician (Travel)

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturer to recruit and hire a full-time National Field Services Technician.
National Field Services Technician will travel to customer sites and provide technical support, service, and training for HVAC, boilers, and water heating systems.
_Please note this position requires 75%-80% travel (Monday-Friday)._
**Responsibilities:**
+ Visit customer sites to repair and service HVAC and water heating systems.
+ Provide technical guidance to customers and technicians, both on-site and over the phone.
+ Ensure systems work effectively and report on performance and/or issues.
+ Train and mentor new technicians.
+ Support product improvement efforts by collaborating with engineering teams to test and enhance systems.
+ Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
+ Perform inspections and coordinate start-up of systems for new installations.
**Must have:**
+ Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
+ 5+ years of technical experience in HVAC, water heaters, boilers, or similar products.
+ Experience with mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., gas supply, pumps, piping).
+ Customer service and field support experience.
+ Familiarity with building integration systems and national/state codes.
+ Technical certifications preferred (e.g., EPA608, NATE).

**Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
