National Dir, Operations
Job Summary:

The National Director of Operations is responsible for driving sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence across all assigned venues. This leader ensures brand consistency and the delivery of exceptional hospitality by providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to Venue Directors of Operations.

Centrally located near one of the following markets is required:
Akron, OH | Avon, OH | Baltimore, MD | Cleveland, OH | Columbus, OH | Germantown, MD | Loudoun, VA | National Harbor, MD | Pittsburgh, PA
(Frequent travel required to these assigned venues)

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership (20%)
Provide ongoing communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards across all assigned venues.

Talent Development (20%)
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across all assigned venues through succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Performance Management (15%)
Establish clear goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular reviews against objectives and individual development plans for Venue Directors of Operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%)
Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key business initiatives and shared goals.

Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%)
Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching to Venue Directors of Operations, recognize top performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Preferred)

3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership experience across multiple states (Required)

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (Preferred)

Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance data and develop strategic action plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong listening, coaching, and feedback capabilities

Proven ability to set clear direction, drive accountability, and lead high-performing teams
