National Critical Facility Specialist
**Overview** The **Traveling Critical Facility Technician** HVAC monitors and maintains all building systems and mission critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with the raised floor environment. **Benefit Information:** ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://wpe-media.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/ABM\_2025\_Employee\_Benefits\_Frontline\_v2\_English\_9.5.24.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license • Seven (7) years prior experience required as an HVAC technician **Must be free to travel.** **Preferred Qualifications:** **• Ten (10) years' experience as HVAC technician in commercial data center setting is preferred** **Responsibilities:** • Perform testing and make rounds • Ensure strict adherence to critical facility work rule and safety procedures. • Enforce all applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulations. • Guide daily/weekly/monthly walk-through of customer facilities in support of data center and office operations • Operate standard office equipment using basic computer skills • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for daily communication and reports • Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment • Assist, as necessary, with scheduling of preventative maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with minimal disruption of building services • Respond quickly to emergency situations and customer concerns • Review verbal and written operating reports regarding critical systems and ongoing preventative maintenance • Coordinate subcontractors and crews for projects ABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.
