**The Role** ** and Team** **:**
As a **National Channel Account Manager** you will drive our most strategic partner across **Logitech for** **** **Business in North America.** Responsibilities include partner executive alignment, programmatic development, utilization metrics, joint business planning and tailoring in region execution / design. You exceed sales quotas by enhancing and upleveling relationships. You enjoy initiating and building strong relationships with strategic partners.

+ Properly leverage internal key stakeholders to ensure top to top executive relationships are established. Ensuring proper alignment, and support, meeting our most valued partner needs.
+ Focus on joint business planning paying close attention to the partners business objectives and properly allocating region resource time to our largest opportunities for growth.
+ Responsibility for crafting national strategies, doubling down within key business expansion partners and leverage partnership across other Geos to elevate partnership and continuity in partners who are selling cross multiple countries and regions.
+ Establish go to market and tone setting for local in market region execution.
+ Set local in market relationship guidelines for engagement and support.
+ Engage Logitech Solution Architects to strategically position partner engineering teams and leadership.
+ Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline, forecast, reviews across all logitech portfolios.
+ Collaborate with channel marketing around MDF on initiatives that will generate new business opportunities, new revenue, and long-term customers.
+ Deliver on forecast and quota attainment goals and objectives.
**Key Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
+ 5-8 years of channel management experience
+ Experience working for a Technology Manufacturer
+ Experience working with IT and AV VARs and Integrators
+ Dynamice and assertive strategic relationship leader
+ Professional “C” suite owner with ability to champion “why Logitech”
+ Strong + timely, written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent presentation skills and executive presence
+ Highly motivated to expand and reach partner new growth heights.
+ Creative marketer able to tailor messaging for unique partner needs
+ Collaborative leader with the ability to lead and build joint business plans
+ Extensive experience connecting global and enterprise sales teams with partner sellers
+ Technically proficient across the enterprise IT landscape including knowledge of Video Collaboration, Unified Communications, Networking/Mobility, and Security
+ Experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and strong understanding of cloud solutions
+ Ability to lead sales demo and training sessions
+ Experience with end customer sales preferred
+ Willingness to travel across the United States 50% of time

**This position offers an OTE (base+variable bonus) of typically** **** **between**
**$ 12** **9** **K and $ 19** **7** **K depending** **on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.**
