National Accounts Manager, Professional Channel

We are seeking a high-impact National Accounts Manager to lead and grow our strategic partnership with SalonCentric across the U.S. and Canada. As the key liaison between Living Proof and one of the largest professional distributors in North America, you'll drive brand visibility, financial performance, and stylist engagement across all touchpoints.


This role carries full sell-in accountability—owning revenue forecasting, business planning, and distributor negotiations—as well as sell-out program planning to activate the brand in stores and digitally. You will also lead trade marketing execution at the account level, working in close collaboration with the Director of Pro & International Trade Marketing and the Director of Pro Education & Events to ensure fully integrated, high-impact programming.

What You’ll Do

Own the SalonCentric Relationship

Lead day-to-day management of SalonCentric US and Canada, serving as the strategic point of contact.Build and deepen relationships across distributor HQ, Gurus, and stores to drive alignment and impact.Translate brand and business priorities into tailored joint business plans with clear KPIs and milestones.

Drive Commercial Performance (Sell-In)

Own sell-in forecasting, shipment planning, and commercial negotiations across all product categories and channels.Develop data-driven sales plans that support annual targets and seasonal execution windows.Partner with Finance and Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.

Lead Sell-Out Program Planning & Execution

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling promotional strategies that drive salon and stylist conversion.Activate programs through field teams, education, and store merchandising in partnership with key stakeholders.Monitor performance and optimize based on ROI and stylist engagement.

Own Trade Marketing Execution at the Account Level

Lead the execution of account-specific trade marketing initiatives in partnership with the Director of Pro & Int’l Trade Marketing.Localize brand campaigns, launch plans, and promotional assets to meet SalonCentric needs and timelines.Ensure flawless execution across print, digital, in-store, and stylist-facing channels.

Integrate with Cross-Functional Teams

Partner closely with the Director of Pro Education & Events to align launch education, events, and in-store activation.Serve as a key connector between Sales, Trade Marketing, and Education to ensure consistent messaging and programming.Coordinate with Operations and Creative teams to deliver executional excellence across the U.S. and Canada.

Champion Operational Excellence

Manage end-to-end launch and promo execution—including timelines, forecasts, and logistical planning.Resolve operational roadblocks quickly and efficiently to support speed-to-market and customer satisfaction.Support accurate and timely delivery of assets, samples, and training tools.


Requirements


7+ years in sales, account management, or commercial planning—ideally in professional beauty or CPG.Proven experience managing large-scale distributor or retail accounts; SalonCentric experience highly preferred.Deep understanding of sell-in dynamics, forecasting, and commercial levers.Experience in planning and executing sell-out and trade marketing programs with measurable ROI.Strong collaborator with a proven track record of working cross-functionally with education, marketing, and operations.Commercially savvy, with the ability to translate brand strategy into revenue-driving plans.Agile and organized, able to manage multiple timelines and adapt to a fast-moving environment.Willingness to travel ~30–40% across North America.
