How You Will Contribute:
Strategic Account Management: Create and execute strategy and Joint Customer Business Plans for Independents accounts, aligned with overall business objectives.Relationship Building: Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels, with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer organization.Strategic Partnerships: Lead and grow our strategic partnerships with independent retailers, fostering collaboration and mutual success.Long-Term Strategy: Input into the development and implementation of long-term strategies to meet future customer requirements and market trends.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Optimize working cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver top results for the business.Team Leadership: Lead a National Account Executive, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to grow their capability.What You Will Bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, coupled with a strong commercial acumen:
Proven experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment; Experience managing independent retailers is preferred.Demonstrated success in developing and executing short- and long-term retail strategies that deliver tangible results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a determination to overcome challenges and achieve targets.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to secure mutually beneficial agreements.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWhy Join Mondelēz International?
