National Account Manager
Overview CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a full-time National Account Manager on the Strategic Business Development team to cover a large portfolio of corporate direct customers that utilize both our workplace and residential services. The Strategic Business Development team is a Business-to-Business sales function that sells to companies primarily in construction and engineering, manufacturing, commercial real estate and other high growth and project based industries. This person will position CORT as a solutions provider for real estate, facilities and human resources leadership, protecting existing client business and finding new opportunities for growth within an assigned account base. This position will engage in a variety of sales initiatives from target identification, outreach through multiple channels and introductory presentations to calling existing customers to build rapport and develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of B2B Sales Experience in the corporate client market and know how to navigate enterprise organizations of all sizes. Experience selling to construction, manufacturing and commercial real estate industries is a plus. This position pays a base salary plus quarterly commission. This position is remote. Pay: $80,000 - $100,000 / per year plus commission. OTE $125,000 - $150,000 / per year. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years of outside, B2B sales experience, selling to the corporate client market Computer proficiency skills in CRM and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo and Highspot, and social media experience Strong understanding of customer business objectives and purchasing criteria Talent in prospecting for new business opportunities Ability to instantly connect with others and demonstrate exceptional customer service and presentation skills Demonstrated history of driving substantial sales increases in a business-to-business environment Ability and willingness to travel when appropriate, ~25% of the time Ability to analyze and synthesize market and competitive data An understanding of how to work effectively across multiple departments Ability to self-direct and work independently About CORT CORT, a part of Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, is the nation's leading provider of transition services, including furniture rental for home and office, event furnishings, destination services, apartment locating, touring and other services.
