The National Account Manager, Ecommerce will join at an exciting time of growth both for the business and team.  The manager will be responsible for the front-line sales management of the Dole Ecommerce sales strategy, and corresponding tactical execution, across Pure Play and Online Grocery platforms. This digitally savvy individual will be involved with building a leading digital capability, with direct responsibility for Amazon and other pure plays.  In addition, you will manage the eCommerce sales and retail media broker agency. This individual will be the sales expert on eCommerce capabilities and will work collaboratively with our marketers and agency partners.

 

This role can be based remotely in any of the following eligible locations: AR, AZ, CA, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, WI.

Responsibilities Directly manage and build customer relationships with Amazon and other pure players, including grocery delivery partners such as Instacart, with the support of a full-service broker agency for sales, retail media and deductions management.Enforce brand standards across eCommerce while providing guidance to other retail managers across all channelsWork cross-functionally with the marketing team in creative campaign and product asset needs, ensuring fit-for-platform, fit-for-shopper creative is delivered to you on-time and in-spec to deploy on PDPs, on brand pages, and in the retailer’s media network.Work cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams on S&OP, fulfillment, chargebacks, and compliance requests.In collaboration with our agency partner and cross-functional stakeholders, create and align on KPI’s and methodologies for evaluating marketing spend effectiveness; Develop and refine plans to maximize ROI and business objectivesOwn forecasting and actualization to determine supply needs and achieve growthDevelop customer roadmap for continued rollout across platforms to scale growthAccomplish business objectives, such as distribution goals, shelving initiatives, promotional programs, and targeted price points within specified timelines for Drug channel customersOther duties as assigned Qualifications A minimum of 4-7 years of industry experience in CPG within sales/customer development or business/account management roles5 years recent experience in pure play eCommerce sales, Amazon experience is a plus, with working knowledge of eCommerce retail basics, traffic & conversion driversLeadership ability to accelerate digital transformation across the Dole sales and marketing organization by championing Ecommerce agenda to Dole senior managementStrong financial and analytics acumen and ability to translate data into stories that drive salesAbility to forecast sales, manage trade investment & ROIExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsFluent in omni-channel category practices (Digital Shelf, Pricing Strategy)Strategic and analytical thinking/problem in the modern digital marketplaceFoundational selling skills and product knowledgeUnderstanding of product mix, volume, pricing strategies and driving sustainable profitabilityAbility to influence decision makers through story tellingWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:Passionate about a purpose driven careerCommitted to fostering inclusive environments that support employee development and well-beingSets clear expectations, encourages innovation, and drives continuous improvementModels and coaches towards transparency and integrity in decision-makingEffectively facilitates cross-team communication and teamworkEducation & Certification:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fieldPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.Travel Requirements:25-35% travel estimated

FOR JOBS BASED IN CALIFORNIA:

Hiring Pay Scale: $130,000 to $160,000

Dole Packaged Foods is committed to paying our Associates fairly and equitably. The pay rate offered will consider a wide range of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, accomplishments, and location. Pay scales are subject to review on a regular basis and will be updated as appropriate.
