Position Summary

Serves as the primary partner for a designated group of national account executives to coordinate and implement projects and requests for their customers.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Oversees and resolves multi-task service requests from national account executives.Facilitates timely correspondence to address customer needs and maintain business relationships.Collaborates with national account executives and customers to analyze and resolve escalated service performance issues.Coordinates with field personnel and upper management when customers do not receive required services.Recommends post-incident reviews and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Delivers verbal and written communication to senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.2+ years of transportation or customer service experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.
