NAS Implementation Time Configuration Associate Implementation Consultant
The Time Implementation Consultant implement and support the Enterprise eTime and/or ADP Workforce Manager Solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to ADP Clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes. Understands the target EeTime and/or ADP Workforce Manager application and database structure to enable effective resolution of transformation errors. Ensure accuracy, the integrity of data and applications through analysis, clear documentation & problem resolution. Work closely with project team/client in fixing the data issues and stay on top of the given timelines. Take ownership of the configuration and work with other teams/streams/areas to deliver and unit test the system as designed. PRODUCT / TECHNICAL SKILLS At least 1 year of experience working in a role in an implementation, client service, or customer service environment. Previous experience with Time & Labor technology and/or implementing new technologies within an organization is preferred but not required. QUALIFICATIONS A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above OR Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
