Who We Are
The Senior Advisor Program is a curated network of C-Suite Senior level executives, former BCG MDPs, and industry & function leaders. The program includes over 240 Senior Advisors that provide a set of experiences and resources to help BCG case teams drive transformation change, provide pragmatic credibility along with deep expertise, and coach and build relationships with BCG clients.
As a Specialist of the NAMR Senior Advisor Program you will play a critical support role for the core processes and execution of the day-to-day operational activities. Working closely with SA Program leadership team, this role involves significant responsibilities such as detailed monitoring, cross function coordination, and robust communication with stakeholders across all levels of BCG.
You should be a self-starter with outstanding organization, attention to detail and communication skills. You should be excited about working in an entrepreneurial environment supporting BCG’s commercial growth and you should be adept at building strong relationships
What You'll Do
You will provide transactional support for core programming activities and processes across the Senior Advisor Program, including various potential NAMR client team proposal excellence and coaching efforts as needed.You will maintain all invoice reconciliations, tracking for contracts/system status and You will partner with the SA Program Finance Manager to train and provide ongoing support for admins with financial processes. You will support and coordinate the contracting and administrative processes for a cohort of BCG U coaches and facultyExceptional organizational, planning and project management skillsStrong at conceptualization, follow-through, ownership and accountabilityComfortable and professional when engaging in live and written communications with Senior BST, MDPs and C-suite level stakeholdersWhat You'll Bring

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrably strong project ownership, organizational, and problem solving skills. Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, ability to be flexible and to think strategically, Experience working with geographically distributed teams and leading diverse professional working groups A minimum of 2 years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a professional services firm. Undergraduate degree required; MBA or other professional degree preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce Marketing, Business Objects, and Power BI a plus.

Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
You will sit in our NAMR Client Team, which includes a team of Client and Business Development Senior Managers that support key client accounts and relationship building. You will work most closely with your line manager - the Global SA Program Senior Director and the NAMR SA Program Director, as well as the broader Senior Advisor Program and NAMR Client Team. In addition, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues from across the organization, including Practice Areas, and Specialty Business Units.

Compensation Information:
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
Some local governments in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of base compensation. We expect your total annualized compensation to be approximately the following:
In Atlanta the base salary is between $69,000- $84,300 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level In Dallas and Philadelphia the base salary is between $71,000- $87,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level In Boston the base salary is between $79,000- $97,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level In other locations, competitive pay is commensurate with the role and geography Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-12% 5% Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution, increasing to 10% after two years of service. Contributions are vested immediately and there is no waiting period
