We’re currently looking for a Named Account Executive to join our growing Public Sector team, focusing on strategic partnerships with Central Government organisations in Norway. If you're passionate about driving meaningful change at a national level, this is your opportunity to help shape the future of government services.

Your Role: Guide Central Government Through Transformation

As a Named Account Executive for Central Government, you'll work with some of the most influential public sector bodies in Norway —ministries, executive agencies, and national institutions. Your mission is to help them modernise operations, improve citizen engagement, and unlock the full potential of digital government through Salesforce technology.

You will:

Own and grow a defined portfolio of central government accounts across NorwayLead complex sales cycles, from discovery through to close, aligning Salesforce solutions to key strategic initiativesDevelop trusted relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and decision-makers at CxO and Director levelCo-create digital transformation programs that drive citizen trust, transparency, and service efficiencyCollaborate across Salesforce teams, including industry experts, Architects, Solution Engineers, and PartnersRepresent Salesforce at key public sector forums, roundtables, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

A proven track record in enterprise software sales, ideally in or to central government or large public institutionsA strong understanding of the Norwegian Central Government landscape, policy priorities, and digital transformation goalsExperience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales with long sales cyclesExcellent strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at executive levelsFluency in Norwegian and EnglishA collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for public value creation through technology
