POSITION OBJECTIVE
The role of the production Manager is to plan, direct and monitor all the production activities within the assigned area or business unit to maximize the use of the organization’s resources and to meet the stablished production KPI’s targets and quality standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, evaluate and develop a team of general supervisors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to support continues improvement and business growth.
Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity
Liaise with functional and operational areas to understand their current and future needs and develop plans, cost estimates and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.
Analyze production and malfunctions records to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
Plan, prioritize and manage production line maintenance or downtimes to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedule.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
Follow up office vibe results though action plan.
SKILLS:
English language advanced
Resources and capital management
Excellent knowledge in lean manufacturing and continous improvement (included project management)
Efficiency and productivity
Labor law and industrial relations knowledge
Health & safety knowledge
SCHOLARSHIP:
Bachelor in: Professional Engineering / Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering degree
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
7 years in: Fabrication and assembly environments
LANGUAGE:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or german is an advantage.
