**NA ANZ CS FI Transformation Mgr**
The Planning and Data Analyst will support the finance business partner (FBP) team managing a ~€8bn North American and Australia/New Zealand (NA ANZ) Crop Science Business. Key responsibilities include:
+ Lead effort to digitize tasks across the NA ANZ finance team utilizing new technologies, predictive modeling, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
+ Launch new tools to optimize processes, reporting, and analytics.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across the finance function to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
+ Build out and execute communication, training, and support plan.
+ Simplify data management across NA ANZ finance and business teams.
The role will be at the forefront of our digital transformation. Partner with NA ANZ Finance Business Partners, Data Science, Center of Excellence, Strategy and Global teams. This role will need to become the expert in the systems and data used across finance processes and become a key influencer of our digital roadmap. This role will lead the end-to-end process for the design, build out and launch of new systems, tools, and processes to transform NA ANZ Finance work. The role will drive coordination across the finance and business teams in NA ANZ. This role requires the ability to influence, challenge and demonstrate peer leadership which are essential to leading the business through key decisions.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, NA ANZ Crop Science Finance Transformation Manager, are to:
+ Own the Digital Roadmap
+ Drive coordination across the finance and business teams in NA ANZ
+ Build S & OPs around planning and forecasting
+ Engage Data Science and COE teams to align on roadmap for future systems, tools, and processes.
+ Align with business and finance on operationalizing tools and systems.
+ Build and align on financial implications for how future tools and systems will impact our business.
+ Influence the teams to think differently about how we will operate as we go through digital transformation.
+ Automate data management tasks to provide efficiencies.
+ Lead the communication with stakeholders across our Global and Strategy teams.
+ Map out data and system current state.
**WHO YOU ARE**
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a business related major (i.e., Finance & Accounting);
+ Applicable finance or related business experience;
+ Experience with systems or tools in planning (e.g., IBF/Anaplan), data management and reporting (e.g., PowerBI/Tableau), or predictive modeling
+ Agriculture industry experience preferred.
+ Technical skills - solid financial analytical and modeling skills.
+ Ability to facilitate meetings and turn ideas into a complex yet simple to understand analysis.
+ Strong Project Management skills
+ Strategic Thinking, Decision Making and Problem-Solving skills.
+ Results Oriented - Autonomous and self-driven with an "act as owner" mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
+ Ability to form strong relationships and networks.
+ Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous environment, which could consist of incomplete information and changing priorities.
+ Fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form. Must communicate with non-financial managers at all levels in an effective, knowledgeable, and persuasive manner.
**Preferred Experience:**
+ MBA
+ 10+ years applicable finance or related business experience (or 7+ years of experience with MBA)
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $111,196.80 - $166,795.20. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
