Job tile: Quotation Engineer Job purpose: Responsible for prepare quotations for new projects / customer in collaboration with engineering, business and other departments to ensure the customer satisfaction and business profitability Responsibilities: Quote of new projects from  SMT, POST and Final Assembly process. Estimates manufacturing cost, determines standard times and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new products / customers. Analize costs including materials, labor to develop accurate and competitive quotes. Review and improve the quotation process to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develops methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies for new products introductions. Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, processes and technologies.      Experience in SMT equipment (MPM, DEK, SPI, FUJI NXT , AOI, AXI, HELLER, BTU).      Expert understanding of wave solder processes.      Conformal coating process knowledge.      PresFit process knowledge.      Routers process knowledge. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor in Electronics, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering degree. A minimum of 6 years relevant engineering work experience. Strong problem solving skills, good communication skills, and ability to work in a team. Computer skills (MS Office Suite) especially Excel and the creation of Macros. Familiarity with Agile, Oracle, SAP systems. Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
