As the MyHR Specialist, you will
Report to the MyHR European Lead.Be part of the European MyHR Team that supports business operations which include approximately 5,500 employees across Europe. However, the Uzbek region supports currently around 300 employees and it keeps growing. The team shares a lot of knowledge and simplifies processes. Manages daily operations of the Employee Services operations, including overall service delivery, workflow, resolution of employee service issues, and team member support on specific cases as needed. Documents ticket resolutions. Escalates request as required by assigning ticket to process teams, or escalating by assignment to Communities of Expertise (CoEs) or HR Partners.Identifies opportunities for ticket reduction and increased efficiency and leads process improvement initiatives.Develops core competency in HR tools and programs (Workday, AP's learning portal, local time/attendance, etc.) to be able to support employees and managers in day-to-day activities and encourage direct access.Develops and executes action plans to respond to areas of concern in service management.Execute & support manager and employee in a variety of HR programs related to employee life cycle besides managing escalations. Ensure consistency and application of best practices regionally in program administration.Implement process enhancements and changes as required by CoEs and other sources to enhance employee experience.Manage knowledge & content associated with HR processes. Also develop Knowledge base articles (KBAs) for the MyHR portal.Work collaboratively within and across process teams (process owners) to develop and manage a specifically designed employee experience associated with a given process. Update HR case management tickets with resolutions.Ensure CoEs and HR leadership receives feedback as to the application of HR processes and suggested enhancements or improvements.Collaborate with Employee Services to ensure local application of process changes and/or escalation of HR tickets which must be resolved locally. Collaborate with local HR teams to implement local-required policies and requirements into HR processes.Optimize the use of technology and direct access transactions in process areas.Coordinate work of 3rd party provider, who is responsible for HR administration, on day to day HR matters.Ensure the maintenance of personnel document flow in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.Ensure work schedules are implemented in accordance with local requirements and meeting business needs.Prepare and analyse reports for management reporting and discussion purposes (e.g., sick leaves, overtime, etc.)Coordinating and managing onboarding and offboarding processes.Monitoring and coordinating the timely processing and renewal of work permits and work visas for employees.As the HR Specialist, you already are or have
Customer care experience in a Human Resources setting.Outstanding organization and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to act independently.Ability to build collaborative relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong proficiency with technology, especially HR software applications such as Workday and Microsoft Office Suite and related software.HR certifications are a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
