Overview Role Overview The myBUY Tactical Buy Analyst is part of the Procurement function within the Europe sector, based in Kraków (KCC). This role supports the tactical procurement process for indirect goods and services, specifically for the Spanish market. Main objectives are to execute the tactical buying process including supplier selection, negotiation, and savings reporting, provide training and support to business users, improve procurement processes and drive automation and adoption of the myBUY system as well as ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities Perform Quality check, Compliance check and Contract check for all PRs in scope according to PepsiCo Policies and Procedures; Perform Tactical Buy process: Quotation – Negotiation – Tender summary – Savings calculation; Responsible for the performance of the country: Level of compliance on the country / Quality of the reported data on the country / Monitor performance against KPIs; Help to identify opportunities to automate business processes; Process and Approve PRs which have successfully passed the Quality Check (QC) and are not eligible for TB; Perform analysis of the spend managed; Lead trainings and sessions for category/business users; Maintain category cards in support of the buying process; Develop & support additional projects in order to increase myBUY adoption; Ensure country data quality (review and validate reports, data, savings for the corresponding country); Participate in periodical meetings with the myBUY's Extended Team & Category managers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; 4–5 years of experience in procurement or data analysis; Experience in SAP, ARIBA, Service Now, and Microsoft Office; Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sourcing data; Fluent in both Spanish and English; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
