What you’ll do

As part of Vodafone Albania’s Digital Products’ Chapter, the My Vodafone App (MVA) Product Owner is accountable for delivering the app product goals and prioritized backlog of journeys, features and capabilities for the app. Leading a team of digital experts like UX Designers, back end and front-end developers, content authors and supported by scrum master working utilizing agile and lean methodologies. Primary measures of success in this role are engagement and in app activity metrics, customer satisfaction and app performance.

Job Responsibilities Develop and deliver a strategic and operational roadmap aligned to the product vision and goals from a prioritized product backlog.Critically evaluate all product demand, self-generated and from other business stakeholders, against impact on the product goals.Work with global app Product Owner and POs in 2+ other markets to harmonize backlogs and some journeys with a view to delivering one roadmap.In parallel deliver a local app BAU backlog of front-end changes aligned to product goals of app penetration, engagement and customer satisfaction.Onboard and implement new functionality like KYC and E-signature.Scan external digital landscape, monitor trends and adopt best practices. Support Digital Product Chapter Lead and senior management with reports on roadmap delivery and progress to product goals.Perform UAT testing on product release cycles.Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Previous experience as a Product Owner in a ‘app first’ digital business or managing a digital channel, product or platform within an organisationGood understanding of app trends and technologies (personalization, remarketing, content marketing, digital campaigns, etc.)Tools and platform experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Adobe Analytics, Contentful, Adobe CMS, etc.Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, and proven experience in conversion rate optimisation of both sales and engagement journeys.Security & compliance, awareness of GDPR, cookie consent, accessibility standards.Experience working in teams using agile or lean ways of working practices and using agile metrics to measure impact.Experience working in a cross-functional multi location team of business, creative and technology matter experts.Experience in telco or adjacent sector an advantage.Proven knowledge in understanding technical back-end web services. Must have technical / professional qualifications:

 

BSc or/and MSc in Business Administration, Computer Science or other related disciplines.Data driven decision-maker.Proven experience in product management / product development.Strong communication and analytical skills.Project management skills.Very good knowledge of Albanian and English.What's in it for you
