Amazon Mexico is seeking an exceptional Selection Intelligence Program Manager to revolutionize how we understand and optimize our product selection across multiple business segments. As Selection Intelligence PM, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance Amazon Mexico's selection intelligence capabilities, working with technology and machine learning solutions to drive data-informed selection decisions. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking to build scalable solutions that impact millions of customers. Key job responsibilities Own and develop comprehensive selection intelligence frameworks across multiple business segments (Essential Selection, Premium/Luxury, B2B) Define and implement data quality standards for external selection signals, ensuring high accuracy and relevance Partner with global teams to build and maintain selection monitoring mechanisms and dashboards Lead relationships with external data providers to expand and optimize selection signals Collaborate with InTech teams to leverage AI/ML capabilities for selection optimization Drive the development of mental models for complex selection spaces (unbranded, emerging brands, substitutes) Build and maintain selection performance metrics and reporting frameworks The ideal candidate will: Have strong experience in data management, automation, and machine learning applications Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excel at stakeholder management across multiple teams and organizations Show proven ability to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations Have experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization A day in the life About the team Inclusive team culture At Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
