MX Rides Ops Manager
**About the Role** Territories is the team that forecasts, monitors and delivers on a city basis. This team has the city obsession value at heart focusing on working hand on hand with all Rides verticals in order to be city leaders across Mexico. If you are interested in joining a high performing team that enjoys working under pressure and leading different initiatives across the MX organization, this is your chance! **What the Candidate Will Do** 1. The candidate will forecast city performance & growth in hand with financial teams in the organization 2. Alongside the team, the candidate will own and monitor different cities across the country in order to seek continuous growth and top performance 3. The candidate will participate in processes to make city ownership more robust and use all tools at the team´s disposable to make them efficient 4. The candidate will analyze in depth different KPIs to understand cities at the most granular level in able to develop growth strategies **Basic Qualifications** The candidate must have the following skills: 1. **Analytics & Strategy** \- Able to understand, digest and develop strategies with any information that is provided in high pressure situations 2. **Stakeholder management** \- Uber is a team work organization and in order to achieve success, the candidate must have strong stakeholder and networking skills 3. **Functional expertise**\- Because of the city obsession side of the team, the candidate must have high functional expertise to operate at a high level **Preferred Qualifications** 1. Experience in operations is preferred as this is a team that monitors city performance on a daily basis, being able to diagnose and solve issues recurrently 2. Forecasting experience is also preferred so the candidate can set the course for a given city or project in the short and long term 3. Stakeholder management is key in order to work with other teams recurrently 4. SQL is a plus Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
