What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead and manage Modern Trade sales team in TürkiyeDeliver quality growth through net sales value (NSV) delivery based on supply chain and portfolio strategyEnsure operational excellence in trade execution (TE), total landed investment (TLI), and margin after cost (MAC)Enable sustained performance through key customer scorecards (MAS, TAS) and regular performance reviewsStrengthen cross-functional collaboration to embed category-first and customer-centric cultureDevelop customer joint business plans, lead key negotiations, and manage strategic partnershipsIdentify market trends and develop channel strategies aligned with long-term commercial goalsCoach and develop the team to achieve both business and individual growth objectives
