We’re currently looking for a Sales Director to join the sales team at Risk Management Partners, a thought leader in the field of climate risk solutions. In this exciting sales role, you will be responsible for driving new business and sales growth. Though the position mainly focuses on direct sales in the DACH region, you will also support our partners by working closely on joint customer opportunities.

Your Job

Following up on leads generated by the marketing team Contacting prospects to better understand their business and risk management needsEducating customers on product functionality through conversations, demos and presentationsProviding live web demonstrations of our solutions to prospectsMeeting quarterly and annual sales quotasDeveloping and maintaining a sales pipelineProviding accurate forecastsEnsuring accurate documentation of activities in the CRM system

Your Profile

At least 5–10 years of direct sales experience covering the entire sales cycleIndustry expertise in the financial sector preferred, ideally with a background in climate risk solutionsExcellent communication skillsExcellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skillsStrong business acumen and curiosity about prospective businessAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamGerman and English fluency is essential
