Multinational Client Service Coordinator

You can work alongside a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to explore and deliver new solutions to meet our customers’ global insurance needs. How you will create an impact This is a fantastic entry level role where you will have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients for a large global insurer. You will work with an interesting portfolio in a dynamic team with great career progression opportunities. Some of the key responsibilities include: + Data consolidation & integrity + Provide coordination across functions in AIG and work on projects, which will impact the wider team. + Support and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Producing & Issuing offices, captive brokers, clients, claims, reinsurers etc). + Coordinate across functions in AIG’s network with a portfolio driven, client focused approach to obtain accurate and relevant information on Intercompany movements, issuance of local and NP policies, reconciliation issues and remittance flows. + Gather, consolidate, and share post-mortem from previous year’s portfolio experience and identify remediation across functions and E2E milestones. + Be the central point of contact for monitoring and execution of premium administration of assigned portfolio. + Support with onboard new and renewal accounts, whilst resolving account queries and escalating them as required. + Provide internal and external reporting and data analysis in alignment with pre-agreed servicing terms. + Thoroughly review and monitor all accounts to ensure custom service delivery solutions that support our clients’ needs / commitments. What you’ll need to succeed + Strong Microsoft Excel skills + Good analytical and problem-solving skills. + A proactive work ethic with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proven time management skills, with the ability prioritize and manage multiple tasks. + Experience in a customer facing or client support role.
