As a Multimedia Specialist supporting Sales Enablement for Insurance Data Solutions at LN Risk, you will design and deliver impactful training and enablement materials to elevate sales team performance. You’ll create a wide range of assets—including branding, digital content, video edits, newsletters, banners, guides, and infographics—while collaborating with onshore partners to produce innovative, engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to plan and deliver multimedia content, advising on format and technology.Design and produce assets such as presentation templates, campaign graphics, one-pagers, podcasts, and microlearning videos.Edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, incorporating motion graphics and ensuring brand alignment.Manage end-to-end production workflows, including scoping, scheduling, approvals, editing, and distribution.Convert training materials into engaging media formats, with potential to develop formal learning modules.Apply advanced document formatting (e.g., templates, tables, headers/footers, TOCs) with strong attention to detail.Maintain and design SharePoint sites to support content access and collaboration.Stay current with trends in video, audio, graphic design, and animation.Support the development of online learning programs as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holderWilling to work night shifts (10pm-6am MNL)Willing to follow US holidaysWilling to go to the office 3x-4x a monthA strong design portfolio and video reel are required, showcasing creative expertise across digital, print, and presentation media.1–3 years’ experience in corporate multimedia or a similar creative role.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and video/audio editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Captivate).Strong skills in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).Experience designing for both digital and print media (e.g., one-pagers, battlecards).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas and suggest improvements.Strong collaboration skills and ability to align creative output with brand vision and enablement goals.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
