Job Summary/Description:
WTVY is looking for a Multimedia Sales Manager to lead our team of highly experienced Media Executives. The successful candidate will guide our team in creating solution-oriented campaigns that deliver results.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Media Executives and Digital Sales with creative solutions in building presentations.
- Train new media executives on broadcast and digital sales
- Build working relationships with community officials and key advertisers
- Provide or assist in strategy when deciding what to pitch to a client, and prepare the recommendation page along with supporting slides.
- Responsible for providing optimization suggestions to increase effectiveness for the campaign.
- Accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of five years in sales (sales management preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to initiate creative sales efforts
- Ability to foster a collaborative, supportive team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in guiding, motivating, and leading a successful sales team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Wide Orbit, and Matrix
