This role was created to support the firm’s growing marketing and content production needs by managing multiple podcast and video projects and enhancing their digital presence. The Freelance Multimedia Producer & Social Media Marketing Specialist will ensure the seamless production, editing, and distribution of multimedia content while supporting broader marketing and administrative initiatives. This position enables the firm to maintain a consistent, high-quality output across platforms, engaging audiences and amplifying the firm’s brand.
The Impact you’ll makePodcast & Video Production Management\nCoordinate topics and session notes with podcast hosts.\nAssist with recording technical setup and manage on-screen materials during sessions.\nOversee outsourced video editing, asset collection, and episode revisions.\nExport final audio, generate transcriptions for SEO, and create episode thumbnails.\nPublish episodes on YouTube, BuzzSprout, and social media with tailored copy.\n
Social Media Content Creation & Publishing\nProduce and edit promotional short-form videos (e.g., YouTube Shorts, TikTok).\nManage publishing schedules across YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and other platforms.\nOptimize content for platform engagement and SEO.\n
General Marketing & Administrative Support\nAssist with social and video content production for wider marketing initiatives.\nSupport administrative tasks including presentations, graphics, and spreadsheet formatting.\nConduct research related to events, podcast guests, and speaking opportunities.\nHelp maintain project timelines, trackers, and deadlines.\n
Collaboration & Communication\nWork closely with the marketing team, podcast hosts, and external video editor.\nProvide regular updates and communicate proactively to ensure aligned workflows.\n
