Responsibilities The Opportunity This position is responsible for leading the execution and coordination of high-impact learning solutions through the design, development, and production of visual, interactive, and multimedia content in a highly technical environment such as a multimedia studio. The person in this role serves as a creative reference, ensuring the quality, functionality, and relevance of content while transforming business needs into innovative and scalable learning experiences. It requires advanced proficiency in design and production tools (both software and hardware), creative thinking, tactical vision, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. A high level of autonomy, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration is expected to meet strategic learning objectives. Your Impact As Multimedia Learning Production Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of: -Create visual and multimedia content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). -Design interactive learning solutions using Figma, Thinglink, Genially, Rise 360, Articulate 360, and Unity. -Produce, animate, and edit 2D/3D audiovisual materials using After Effects, Cinema 4D, blender and Adobe Audition. -Operate professional equipment such as PTZ or mirrorless cameras, microphones, audio consoles, recording/streaming systems, and studio lighting. -Coordinate recording, production, and post-production sessions, ensuring technical and narrative quality. -Manage projects using platforms such as Monday and Microsoft 360 tools, meeting timelines and quality standards. -Build dashboards and impact reports. -Develop customized digital experiences using HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, or C#. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education -Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Audiovisual Production, Instructional Design, or a related field. Experience -Bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written). -Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in multimedia production, instructional content development, or corporate learning environments. -Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition). -Knowledge of 2D/3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Vyond. -Experience operating cameras, microphones, audio consoles, lighting systems, and streaming equipment. -Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or C#. -Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, creative thinking, and customer-oriented mindset. *Please remember to include the link to your updated book in your CV If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
