Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice on overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, directing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

The Multifamily Customer Engagement Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Develop customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts and strive to do what's right for our customers.Identify executives, managers, and team members to support customer relationships.Lead the team in supporting and selling the Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities.Provide support for operational activities.Guide the team in providing subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations for teams across the organization.Play a pivotal role in transaction management activities by partnering with various internal stakeholders across the Multifamily Division.

Minimum Required Experience

4 years relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalentRisk Assessment and management skills including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating riskCollaborate with individuals from various areas of expertise to achieve shared objectivesDemonstrated expertise in operational excellence, with a proven ability to enhance and supervise business operations for optimal efficiencyStrong relationship management capabilities, including engaging and managing stakeholders, customers, and vendors, as well as cultivating robust professional networksProven ability to collect accurate information to explain complex concepts and provide well-informed answers to key questionDemonstrated ability in conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems.Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflictProven experience guiding organizations through planning and managing change initiatives to successfully achieve strategic objectivesExpertise in business insight, including advising, designing business models, customer and market analysis, forecasting, and benchmarkingAdept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completionSkilled in presenting information and ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understandSkilled in preparing documentation and database reporting to support analysis, data discovery, and decision-making utilizing tools such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRSSkilled in MuralExperience using Salesforce CRMSkilled in Excel

Target Pay Range: $107,000 - $139,000 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
