The majority of the works will be in void and tenanted social housing properties in the Plymouth area. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs and other similar tasks.
You will ensure that maintenance or repair works are completed safely and delivered to a high standard, working flexibly - Alone or within a team and completing works to required deadlines.

This role does not involve on-call

Duties
The role involves patch and solid plastering, fitting internal plasterboards on walls and ceilings, carrying out general repairs and renovations, installing kitchens, and performing basic carpentry tasks. It also includes ceramic wall tiling and installing bathroom splash panelling. The candidate must be able to work in line with industry-accepted Health & Safety standards and communicate effectively with Supervisors or Schedulers when work cannot be completed on the first visit or within the deadline, providing detailed information to assist with future scheduling.
