Asda Travel Money Advisor, Multi-site Birmingham Area

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £13.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible, like variety and are happy to work across a collection of Asda Travel Money Bureaus in the Birmingham area.  This role will involve working a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday
Location: Hybrid – working across various Asda Travel Money stores in the Birmingham Area. Access to transport is needed

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering outstanding customer service, while providing expert guidance on foreign exchangeAccurately handling currency transactions, processing orders, and maintaining stock levelsSupporting the day-to-day running of Travel Money bureaux across multiple Asda store locations within the Manchester areaMaintaining compliance with security procedures and financial regulationsWorking flexibly across a variety of shifts, including weekends, to meet customer demand

You have a genuine interest in travel and enjoy engaging with people from all walks of lifeYou're confident with numbers and handle currency transactions with accuracy and careYou thrive in a customer-focused, fast-paced retail environment and take pride in delivering excellent serviceYou’re well-organised, dependable, and motivated by achieving both individual and team goalsYou're flexible and comfortable working across different locations within the Manchester area, so being able to travel between sites with ease is important
