Our dedicated teams work across all industries, and support clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to single, iconic buildings. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. **What You’ll Do:** + Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. + Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems. + Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion. + Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. + Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
