Position Purpose:

The Multi-Skilled Technician under the direction of a Registered Nurse, will provide patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. This position is key to providing a best-in-class patient experience and plays a vital role in the care of our top priority – our patients.

This position is part of a 3-person Care Team where you will have the opportunity to work alongside a Virtual RN and another bedside caregiver, giving you more time and help to focus on meeting the needs of each patient.

The Inpatient Unit at Mount Carmel Dublin is a 30-bed, state of the art, patient care area designed to provide the ultimate patient experience. Thirty beds are dedicated to the Med/Surg and Observation of care.


The patient rooms have been created to promote a holistic healing environment. We encourage family participation throughout the stay. There is the ability to utilize tele-health to enhance care needs. Multidisciplinary Rounds (MDRs) will occur on a daily basis to ensure that all patient needs are addressed and met. Ultimately, we want to ensure our patients are discharged home in a timely manner, to allow an expedient return to their normal daily routine. This position will be hired to staff Mount Carmel Dublin. Training will take place at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s located at 500 S Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43081. Mount Carmel Dublin opened April of 2025

What you will do:

Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living, including: bathing/skin care (I & II), grooming, and eating.Keep assigned patient rooms stocked, cleaned, and orderlyObtain vital signs, including: height, weight, blood glucose levels, and I&OPerform EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by Staff RNDocument patient data accurately and completelyAll other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalentCompletion of EKG and Phlebotomy courses and initial clinical competency course upon hire or transferCompletion and maintenance of BLS healthcare provider trainingExperience: Previous patient care experience and/or technical education in health-related field preferred
