We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to carry out PPM and Reactive Activities to a key contract in Coventry. The engineer will also cover another site in Newark a couple of day each Month

The applicant would be expected to assist with various reactive and PPM tasks, as well as other duties around site.

The applicant is expected to be Electrically biased and have a strong multi-skilled background within the Building Services industry.

Job Description/Duties:

Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance Building Services tasks Working as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client Emergency light testing Changing lamps AHUs PPMs Basic plumbing Fire alarm testing

Key Skills and Qualifications:

C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation (Or Equivalent) C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection cert preferred) 18th edition

Personal Experience:

A good knowledge of building services Sound level of administration and organisational skills Proven practical experience within the industry Ability to develop a good understanding of the customers’ business requirements Initiative Proactive approach to all tasks undertaken High standard of workmanship Conscientious Reliability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to providing a high-quality service and willing to work flexibly Sound knowledge of computer software Full UK Driving Licence
