Overview:

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC & Electrical have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs. The role sits within our facility support service and covers a diverse range of clients, industries and sectors. 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and reactive maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems, including boilers, pumps, pipework, valves, and associated equipment.
Install, repair, and service mechanical and plumbing components in accordance with specifications and technical drawings.
Identify and diagnose faults using diagnostic tools and work from technical manuals.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Ensure all work complies with current health, safety, and environmental legislation.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.

Qualification:
18th Edition/AM2
HVAC 
F-Gas
Plumbing experience

You will keep the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc and ensure a high level of customer service and will need good verbal and written communication and comfortable working with IT to record your tasks and updates.
